Digital Integration Manager

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the lead on owned and paid digital content with the ability to look at the big picture and take a strategic plan to integrate social media, digital media, and content together
  • Lead and develop 1-2+ interns/coordinator/strategist level roles to ensure clients’ messaging and advertising is on brand
  • Collaborate with the Campaign Manager, Web, Media & Creative teams to ensure work is being integrated across multiple platforms
  • Work with clients to understand their business goals and develop digital media and  social media strategies to reach their audiences
  • Present and report client metrics to internal and external audiences
  • Build and oversee digital media and social media content calendars
  • Be the voice of the clients/brands on social media – via copywriting, content development engagement and management  on various channels including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Implement and manage multiple digital and social campaigns including paid platform targeting and budgets
  • Develop shareable content, photos and graphics with assistance from creative department as needed
  • Post and monitor content through social media management tools
  • Create funnels and manage Google Analytics or other analytics platforms along with Campaign Manager
  • Manage Semrush and SEO efforts
  • Identify opportunities to amplify the reach of social media campaigns, including influencer strategy and user-generated content
  • Deliver monthly or quarterly  analytic reports 
  • Manage partnerships and provide direction to influencers
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness and head best practices for social media, SEO and paid digital ads
  • Manage day-to-day social ad strategy and conversion goals — web traffic, lead generation, social engagement and brand awareness
  • Create and manage digital & social ads on Google, Bing, Walmart, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, Instacart and other platforms as needed.
  • Manage ad budget, monitor/report campaign success and billing reports
  • Manage day-to-day Google Ads strategy including keyword research, conversion goals — web traffic and lead generation
  • Develop ad copy and descriptions
  • Manage ad budget, monitor/report campaign success and billing reports
  • Collaborate with copywriters, digital and account teams for keyword research
  • Assist in blog and digital copywriting, as needed
  • Create content for digital promotions for e-commerce programs
  • Provide quarterly web analytics reports and present to clients
  • Lead digital & social media weekly status and present to clients, be available for client calls, as needed. 

What you should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably with a focus in Marketing, PR/Advertising, Business.
  • Experience in web analytics, ad tracking, and other biddable media (e.g., Paid Search, GDN) highly preferred
  • Experience in Facebook Ads/Business Manager and LinkedIn advertising a MUST.
  • Strong working understanding of the Paid Social and Native Advertising industry and platforms, including major players and supporting technology
  • Demonstratable experience working on paid social media accounts across several levels of budget (small to large)
  • Proven ability to understand high-level client goals and how they translate into paid media strategy
  • Understanding of broader media planning and buying – to ensure integration/coordination with wider media objectives
  • Process oriented, with the ability to juggle many tasks/thought processes at one time in a fast-paced environment. Time management skills are critical
  • Ability to effectively communicate processes and tactics to clients, peers, and junior members of the team
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Knowledge regarding Influencer marketing a plus
