In this role, Siedlaczek will oversee key accounts, helping the agency proactively manage and identify client needs while aiding business development opportunities.

As Senior Account Director, Siedlaczek will serve ColinKurtis as a liaison between internal agency teams and clients. She is responsible for identifying a variety of ColinKurtis clients’ marketing goals and objectives, while leading the development of annual strategic marketing plans. She will ensure successful campaigns are achieved, helping measure and report campaign success while managing client expectations on a project-to-project basis. Her position is also responsible for assessing creative materials from a goal-oriented viewpoint, assisting in new business pitches as well as leading and managing other members of the account team.
Rita Siedlaczek joins ColinKurtis from Massive Medical Subrogation Specialists, where she served as the Executive Sales and Marketing Director. Prior to that, she served as the Regional Manager of the Patient & Family Experience and Patient & Family Centered Care at Beaumont Hospital. She also held leadership roles at DP+ (formerly Duffey Petrosky), an award-winning, Michigan-based, full-service marketing communications agency and MontAd, an advertising agency servicing local and national automotive aftermarket and retail clients. Siedlaczek earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan.
