Winter & Summer Fancy Food Shows
The Winter & Summer Fancy Food Shows are hosted by the Specialty Food Association. They are a membership-based trade association that represents over 3,600 businesses, supporting them through resources, educational programs and events. Attend their Winter Show held January 19-21 in Las Vegas or their Summer Show July 19-21 in New York.
International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE)
The International Product & Processing Expo will be held January 28-29 in Atlanta. This event is one of the largest within the poultry, egg, meat and food industry, so come out and experience it for yourself!
Natural Products Expo West
Join Natural Products Expo West on March 4-7 in Anaheim, California, and learn more about the market for natural and organic foods. The Natural Products Expo offers several unique experiences, including their Fresh Ideas Organic Marketplace and help with getting connected to Beacon, a platform for natural products and retailers.
Bar & Restaurant Expo
The Bar & Restaurant Expo focuses on advances within hospitality and offers insight from over 13,000 owners and operators in the industry. In 2025, their event takes place March 24-26 in Las Vegas.
SupplySide East and SupplySide West
SupplySide Connect New Jersey (formerly SupplySide East) is being held in New Jersey on April 8-9. This show presents an intimate, conversational forum for all things health and nutrition focused, fostering connections within the industry. SupplySide Global (formerly SupplySide West) is being held in Las Vegas on October 27-30, serving as the premier resource event for suppliers, manufacturers and producers.
Sweets & Snacks
Sweets & Snacks is your ultimate destination for two of America’s favorite food categories! Their annual expo, held May 13-15 in Indianapolis, Indiana, provides a great (and tasty!) introduction to the latest advancements in this area of the market.
Tortilla Industry Association (TIA) Convention and Trade Expo
Did you know that tortilla sales exceed all other specialty bread sales in the U.S.? Join the Tortilla Industry Association at their trade expo May 14-15 in Temecula, California, to learn more about this rapidly growing industry.
National Restaurant Association Show
The National Restaurant Association Show May 17-20 in Chicago offers special operator-led sessions and roundtable discussions within the foodservice industry. With over 55,000 attending the last show, you’ll want to claim your spot early!
Private Label Manufacturing Association (PLMA)
The Private Label Manufacturing Association’s annual trade show provides experienced suppliers the opportunity to showcase their food and non-food products. VitaFoods
VitaFoods Europe offers exclusive access to nutraceutical innovations and trends with the opportunity to network on a global scale. The 2025 event takes place May 20-22 in Barcelona, Spain.
Coffee Fest

International Dairy Deli Bakery (IDDBA)

IFT FIRST
IFT FIRST boasts one of the largest food science and innovation expos.
